These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kp222 platform and all its services. By accessing or using the platform through the kp222 website, mobile version, or any other means, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account at kp222, you must meet the following conditions:

- You must have a valid and active mobile number and email address.
- Each person may operate only one account.

2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. kp222 accepts no liability if login details are shared with a third party.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
kp222 may request the necessary documents to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information or refusing to verify may result in account closure.

3.1 Deposit Conditions
- Deposits may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits through third parties are prohibited; such transactions will be returned and the associated account may be reviewed.
- kp222 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's own charges may apply.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used to make the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account.
- For bank transfers, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks are supported.
- Some withdrawals may be subject to additional verification for review of unusual or suspicious transactions.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at kp222, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance becomes ৳2,000. Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 — this amount must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information may result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the account.
- kp222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fully met.
VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards
kp222's VIP program has four tiers. Active players can gradually advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback.

Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
- All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, kp222 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
- If there is evidence of irregularity or manipulation in any game or event, the related bets may be cancelled.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
- All sports odds are subject to change; the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final.
- If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- Placing identical bet amounts on the same event from multiple accounts may be treated as fraud.
6.3 Casino Game Rules
- All casino games are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology, ensuring impartial fair play.
- Game rules are set by the respective game provider, and kp222 follows those rules.
- If a game is incomplete due to a technical disruption, the stake for that round will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kp222 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Allowing others to use or transferring your account.
- Providing false or misleading information to claim bonus benefits.
- Using any form of hacking, bots, or automation tools on the game software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or insulting other players or staff.
- Deliberate attempts to exploit platform services (arbitrage betting, bonus abuse).

Account Suspension & Closure
12.1 Closure at the User's Request

12.2 Closure at kp222's Discretion
kp222 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicion or evidence of illegal activity.
- Failure to provide the required documents for identity verification in a timely manner.
- Long-term inactive accounts (subject to applicable policy).
